Our properties have on-site management and an attentive maintenance staff. Even though the Des Moines-area suburb of Ankeny has a low crime rate, we take pride in your security and access to help at any time. All of our buildings and garages have secured access.

Residents can take advantage of our beautiful, spacious clubhouse! For gatherings and get-togethers, our clubhouse has a media room, a full kitchen, a beautiful gas fireplace, ample seating, and a very long island/bar.

Outside, our property offers a Vegas-style luxury pool, covered cabana with outdoor cooking options, free lounge chairs, and cozy fire pit. Party all summer as we host entertaining events in the courtyard.

The Sterling at Prairie Trail offers private access to a full gym, complete with regularly maintained cardio and strength training equipment.
