We believe that art is for everyone.

Whether you’re looking to add some creativity to your everyday life or want to make a living as an artist, the Art Students League of Denver has something for you.

Every student has the opportunity to study with regionally and nationally recognized working artists in a wide selection of media.

There is no set curriculum, so you are free to explore what interests you! Our courses, workshops, and summer camps provide hands-on experiences for all ages and ability levels. In all studio classes, instructors individualize learning in a style that fits their personal philosophy and integrates demonstrations, the study of master artists, and group critiques.

Outreach into diverse communities is central to the Art Students League’s mission and realized through partnerships with performing arts groups, public schools, museums, and other art centers.

Summer Art Market

Summer Art Market will showcase the work of over 250 artists in 170 booths. One of the hallmarks of the Summer Art Market is that anyone who is a member of the League can apply for entry.

We are thrilled to share with you that ASLD is moving forward with plans for an in-person Summer Art Market (SAM) 2021, to be held on August 28 & 29. At this point, our plans are subject to approval by the City of Denver’s Office of Special Events, and we will share more details as we know them.

Thank you all for your patience as we explore our options! 2021 continues to place new challenges in our path, but we remain grateful for our enthusiastic community of artists as we move forward.

ARTIST INFORMATION

You will be responsible for providing your own tent, table, and chairs for the event. If you do not have these items, you may rent them for the event through our rental vendor.
