Terms of Rental/Lease
- 50% of the payment is due in order to reserve the space, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the rental.
- Rental fee does not include cleaning. Renter is responsible for keeping the space clean during the rental and leaving the space in the condition it was found, including exteriors and parking lot.
- Renter will make a $200 security deposit the day of the rental and it will be returned to them unless there are any damages, professional cleaning required or indoor smoking.Refund Terms
