Awful company to deal with!! I highly recommend going elsewhere for your moving needs. I have been having billing dispute after billing dispute for over a month, amongst other delivery issues that were a mess to take care of. The company is completely unresponsive to their customers, it is a travesty how we have been treated. The company will just keep racking up unknown charges to your bank account/credit card without explanation. Nobody from the company ever gets back to you, and when you call to reach out and express your concerns, the representatives are unhelpful and do not know how to forward the inquiries to someone who is capable of helping. I will NEVER go with PODS again, nor would I recommend then to anyone! TRUST ME...STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! The convenience may sound nice, but I would rather drive a moving truck across country after the nightmare this company has put my family and I through (and it is still an ongoing dispute where the company owes me quite a chunk of change back). I already had to put in credit card disputes, a complaint to the BBB, and the next stage is legal action.

The most horrendous experience. Buyer Beware!!! There are other companies out there that are competitors of Pods and they are so much better to work with. Trust me, I know because I have been trying to get in touch with someone...anyone at Pods to help me and I called 2 wrong numbers and my call was immediately received. I spoke to a live person who was willing to bend over backwards to make everything right and then come to find out both companies are PODS competition!!! Go figure...look for any other container company to use for a local or long distance move!!!

Please don't move forward with using PODS. I was told to look elsewhere, but I didn't and now I regret it. For starters, I received a BROKEN container. I struggled to get the container opened and as a result, my hand was cut. Finally, after literally fighting this container, it opened. I called customer support to report the issue but was informed that a new container couldn't get to me the same day. While she was trying to be helpful, she noticed that the driver never marked my container as delivered. And because of that, the pickup would've been delayed or worse- it wouldn't have happened. She quickly fixed it, but why wasn't this done the first time? She felt for my frustrations and said she would see if I could get compensated. She also heard me mention that I was bleeding due to the container not opening easily. After staying on the phone for ONE HOUR, I was told that another person would call me to confirm the compensation total. Four days passed and I didn't receive a phone call. I reach back out and was informed that I was going to receive $25 total... out of my $1200 that I spent... 40 minutes of debating and reminding them of their errors and lack of customer service, they increased it to $50.. I had higher expectations considering that I was provided a broken container, and that their team didn't even schedule my pick up. I also expected better customer service after they heard about my injury. Nothing. Oh and it is my first time using them.

I was happy with PODS until our pick up. We had a day and time scheduled and no one ever showed up to get it, nor did they call to tell us. When you call the customer service number you wait 20-30 mins for an agent. I was told they could re-schedule for two days later. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I asked why they couldn't come next day and was told they were booked. I am so disappointed. I was told they couldn't contact the driver and a manager would do no good since they can't overirde anything to get a quicker pick up. When I asked to speak to a manager I was simply left on hold for over 40 mins and no one ever picked up. How can a business work like this.? We will most likely never use this location ever again.

It is very far and few in customer service when people go out of their way to help you and make your day a little better. I'd like to show my appreciation for your employee ms sophia brown for going out of her way to help us. I looked at the website to post this and this was my best option. Thank you again ms brown for going above and beyond. You really made my family's day 🤘
